1. No risk, no payment until the site goes live at step 8  --  We will schedule a convenient meeting time at your place of business.  Convenient includes after normal business hours, whatever works best for you.
2. Goal Definition   --  Get to where you want to be within available resource limits.  We will discuss a decade of real world success patterns, not the latest fad or hype.  But we won't neglect recent developments either.
3. Gather Available Materials   -- All existing sales and marketing literature, pictures and videos.  For existing sites, eZ has powerful import features to simplify transferring content.  Include all relevant links, certifications, awards, and testimonials.
4. Define Categories of Users for Protected Logins   --  The Web is the greatest communication system of all time.  Make best use of it!  Two way communications are not only possible, they are practical.  Keep people in the field involved and updated, while they return the favor, without the whole world looking on.
5. Define the Design Layout  --  eZ assures a strong architectural foundation.  Above that are several top level layouts and an infinite number of content blocks within these layouts.  These give a fast start on a modern, user friendly design.   These are easily customized and updated in the future without disrupting functionality already in place.
6. Soft Proof the Site  --  Face to face, decision maker to developer, to make sure everything works and appears the way you expect.  Typically this is a few days after all content is available and user categories defined.
7. Revisions   --  Typically in real time as part of the soft proof, until a satisfactory launch point is approved.  I bring a second monitor to speed things along.  You will see first hand why eZ is the choice of major publishers worldwide.  It saves an incredible amout of time turning ideas into reality.
8. Site goes live  --  Following payment, site is up and running exactly as approved.  Unlike conventional sites, this is not the end of development.  This is just a strong start.  The eZ foundation maximizes future inputs of time, money, and creativity.
9. Errors and omissions  --  For two weeks following launch.  Typos, grammar, little things that may have been missed at soft proof time but are obviously in need of correction are fixed as part of the contracted price.
10. Ongoing Service and Training  -- As needed or desired.  Additional periodic contracts or by annual subscription.  Available locally through lakedata.net, through eZ Partners worldwide, or direct contract with eZ Systems, the developers of eZ Publish.
